Definition

In the E-commerce API, a location is a warehouse, store, or fulfillment point. It holds address and inventory data.
“Location” also exists in the PMS API (a property or hotel) and the POS API (a point-of-sale terminal or store).

Purpose

Locations track where inventory is stored and where orders are fulfilled from.
