Introduction

SnelStart is an accounting suite that gives companies an overview of their most important financial metrics. By automizing data exchange, SnelStart gives an overview of the company health.

Configure SnelStart

Prerequisite(s)

• Create an account on the SnelStart Developer Portal and complete the registration.
• Obtain your Subscription Key by applying for partner certification (5-step process).

Important notes

• New partner onboarding is officially on hold at SnelStart; however, the certification request form remains open.
• This certification step is part of an internal strategic review of SnelStart’s partnership integration strategy.

• Activate the SnelStart integration on the Chift platform.

Process

Sandbox / Testing

• Generate your Production Test App, which provides a temporary key while waiting for your Subscription Key.

  This app is created under your developer access in the B2B API Portal and is valid for 3 months.

Production

• Apply for your SnelStart Subscription Key via the certification form: www.snelstart.nl/api (5-step process).
• Once your Subscription Key is granted (⚠️ approx. 2-week response time):
  • Log in to the SnelStart B2B API Portal using your credentials.
  • Navigate to your Profile page.
  • In the Subscription section, copy one of the two available subscription keys (primary key recommended).
• On the Chift platform, open the SnelStart connector page and toggle the activation switch.
• When prompted, enter the Subscription Key you copied.

Test Snelstart

SnelStart creates a unique Production Test App for your integration. This staging production key will be sent by Snelstar after registration. This link will generate a Clientkey from the app’s tile.
